Is there a minimum contract?
Monthly plans have no minimum. Annual plans are invoiced quarterly with a 12-month term and no early-exit fee after 30 days.
How does the agent limit work?
Starter and Pro include 100 and 200 agents respectively, with expansion packs on demand; Enterprise & MSP is unlimited. Any device running our lightweight agent counts, laptops, servers, and virtual machines.
What's included in the free trial?
The 14-day trial gives you full Starter access, agents, monitoring, and dashboard. No credit card required. Pilots run alongside your existing setup with nothing to rip out.
Can I switch tiers mid-contract?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Tiers differ by depth and scale, never by safety.
What counts as a 'tenant'?
A distinct billing entity. A holding company with three subsidiaries is typically three tenants. MSSPs managing multiple clients use Enterprise multi-tenant.
